Our story
A little taste of home in Sequim.
Mary and Billy Nagler opened the original Oak Table Café in Sequim, Washington in 1981, learning the restaurant business from Billy’s parents in Chicago. Billy Zuzich, Mary’s brother, joined early on and became an integral part of the café, eventually becoming an owner in 2023.
The third generation, Billy and Mary’s children Nikki, Kory, and Casey, continued the family philosophy, opening their own restaurants in Washington. They brought in their mates, Ross, Rachel, and Taria, to uphold the tradition of excellent food and warm, caring service.
Our core philosophy is nurturing guests and ensuring every visit is an outstanding and memorable experience. We pride ourselves on close attention to detail in our food and service, treating every guest like family because you are the reason we are here.

Generational Sourdough
Our light, fluffy, and fine-textured pancakes are made using an old-fashioned sourdough barrel process, a nurturing tradition handed down through generations.
Premium Ingredients
We use only the finest USDA 93 score butter, a special blend of coffee served with real whipping cream, and orange, grapefruit juice, and lemonade freshly squeezed daily.
